I think the way to end this would be to make it so that the dictor bubble behaves like a missile and goes inactive when the pilot warps, dies or cloaks.

One of my major issues with it is that I liked where it was, now i have to move uit otherwise my targets will appear under the overview =( The targets on the top of the menu need to be made so they wont appear under or over any of the menus.
